It'd be one thing if he was simply taking Piccolo's hits, but he was actually fighting back and pressuring Piccolo.

We'll never know if 18 wouldn't have been able to do the same though, that's the thing. Then again, it all boils down to the uncertainty regarding their powerlevel difference. So I suppose either opinion is valid. One thing I know for sure, I still have hope of seeing a DBZ movie explaining the Androids' background, specially now that we know their real names, and I hope that in that movie they get a chance to fight against each other. Now, that is most certainly a veryyyyyy dim hope I have - which will never happen, but a girl can dream amirite? I just find the idea of a mad scientist looking around for teens to kidnap and then do a bunch of scientific, messed up experiments on really creepy, and if you know me, you know I love me some creepy stuff.

Well the fight between 17 and 18 could really go either way.17 and 18 are also dead equal when it comes to speed and endurance. 17 has a little more power when compared to 18, but,this is compensated due to 18 having a little bit better strength when compared to 17. So,as an average,their battle characteristics are approximately the same. I guess it all comes down to who has got better battle instincts and skills. I would say both of them have an equal opportunity to win the match.Although,17's frivolous nature when it comes to fighting might cost him in the fight.
